Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Yuşa Sarısoy, the developer of Peachy Lane. By downloading or using Peachy Lane, you agree to them. If a child uses the app, the parent or guardian who gave them the device accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. What the app is

Peachy Lane is an offline life sim for children aged 4 to 9. It is provided free of charge, as it is, with no account and no online service behind it. Features may change or be removed in later versions.

3. Your content

Everything created in the game (characters, rooms, gardens, memory book photos) stays on your device and belongs to you. The developer never receives it. Deleting a profile or the app deletes it permanently, and there is no backup the developer can restore.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Peachy Lane for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it.

5. Purchases

There are none. Peachy Lane has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

6. Store terms

The App Store and Google Play terms of service also apply to your download. If those terms and these ones disagree, the store’s terms win for anything about the store itself.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Peachy Lane is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use, including lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes and contact
