Privacy Policy

Effective 11 October 2026

No data collected

Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.

No internet

The game makes no network connection at all.

No ads, no accounts

No advertising, analytics or sign in of any kind.

1. Who makes Peachy Lane

Peachy Lane is made by Yuşa Sarısoy, an independent developer. You can reach me at yusasarisoy@icloud.com.

2. The short version

Peachy Lane is an offline game for children aged 4 to 9. It collects no personal data, sends nothing off the device and never connects to the internet. There are no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no in-app purchases.

3. What stays on the device

To work, the game keeps the following only on the device itself, in the app’s own database:

  • profile names and the look of the characters children create,
  • game progress: placed items, the garden, surprises found, play coins,
  • memory book photos, which are pictures of game scenes (the camera is never used),
  • a birthday a parent may choose to enter, as a day and a month only (no year is asked),
  • sound and daily play time settings.

None of this is sent to me or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes all of it. Deleting a profile in the parent settings deletes everything that belongs to that profile.

4. What leaves the device

Nothing. Peachy Lane makes no network request of any kind.

5. Permissions

  • Add to photo library (iOS) / storage (Android 10 and earlier). Asked only when a parent, after answering the parental gate question, chooses to save a memory book photo to the device’s gallery. The app can only add photos; it never reads the gallery. On Android 11 and later no permission is needed for this.

No other permission is requested. The app does not use location, the camera, the microphone, contacts or internet access.

6. Analytics, advertising and third parties

There are none. Peachy Lane contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking code, and no third party receives any data from it.

7. The parental gate

Opening the parent settings, extending play time, entering a birthday and saving a photo to the gallery all require answering a question meant for adults.

8. Children’s privacy

Peachy Lane is made for children and collects no personal information from them. It is designed to follow Apple’s Kids category rules, the Google Play Families policy and laws that protect children’s privacy, such as COPPA, the GDPR and the Turkish KVKK. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for me to access, correct or delete; everything a child creates can be removed by deleting the profile or the app.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
